Great Customer Service. Not So Great Craftmanship.

The Invincible Navy Pinstripe 3 Piece Suit I purchased from this seller looked like it would be a great product, and though I'd chosen to keep (instead of returning) it, I have quite some reservations about it, namely:
1. While the fabric used in the making of the suit looks like a fine one, it appears to pick up lint quite easily.
2. The finishing/threading of the buttons on the waistcoat in particular, were just too amateurish. I'd have to pay a seamstress to remove and more neatly re-attach them.
3. The trousers hemline was tucked in and finished with a longer-than-desired length, instead of being left for the customer to custom-finish for a perfect fit.
4. There are visible "errant" threads I've had to use a nail-clipper to trim off of parts of the suit jacket.

Overall, while I am a-bit satisfied with the purchase, I strongly believe the tailoring left so much to be desired, considering what an average British-made suit usually looks and feels like.

Order process straight forward and prompt delivery. Suit is the perfect fit and love the quality. The only thing that will annoy me now is it being reduced in price for Black Friday.
